98 f150 wheel and tire ?
can you run this set up on a 98 with a 3" body lift:
15X10 or does it have to be a 16x10 because of the callipers?
33X12.50 tire!!
also what kind of backspacing do i need?

No, you need 16's to clear the calipers. You can fit a 305/70-16 (33x12.50) on a 16x10 inch wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing by cranking up the torsion bars and trimming a little bit of plastic off the front bumper's lower valance.
