Needing Suggestions/Advice for Purchasing Wheels

Hi all. I'm wanting to get some nice rims for my wife's 97 F150. She's got 16 inch tires currently. Wanting to keep the same tires, but get new/used rims. Dumb question, can a 17 inch wheel fit on a 16 inch tire?

Anyhow, can some of you suggest some cheaper wheels that I could buy for her truck? The most we're really wanting to pay is no more than 100 per wheel, less is even better. Suggest any good classified sites to watch? She doesn't want black ones, so that option is out. Thanks for any help!

as for the 17" wheel fiting in a 16" tire, that is a no go. and for the price range you are looking at your best bet would be to get a used set of factory wheels and tires off of ebay. good luck.

Start looking online for some Eagle Alloy wheels. They are a great value.

start looking on ebay. Thats a really tight budget, even for 16" wheels.
I would go with wandell's suggestion, look at the Eagle Alloys, you can usually find a set for under $500 on ebay.

The 97-03 F-150's use a 5x135mm bolt pattern.
