I went to the dealership because my truck had a vibration and it took so long to fix it (I was waiting), that I did not ask what they did. After looking at the service ticket, they put down that they Indexed the tires. What is this, I tried several tire sites where they mention the word, but not what it is?

 

Tire indexing is a load of crap...... Factory tires come with a paint mark on the outside of the tires. The idea is to line these marks up with the valve stem. This idea is supposed to Balance the tires with the rims....




This IDEA works just as well as indexing your spark plugs.......
