Using a computer recalibrating device

I have a 00 f150 2wd and I was going to put a 265/75/16 on it instead of the
235/60/16's that are stock and I know this may throw things off a bit, so I plan on ordering a m-9731-t01 from ford which is a recalibrating device that costs a fraction of what a hypertech programmer or the like costs but I'm not sure how it works. Any advice would be helpful, Thanks. Also I'm not incredibly sure which device to order because I'm not sure where the plug is to differentiate the two different plug ends.

I with you. I'd like to here some info on this device. I know it's available from Ford, but I also wonder where it plugs into.

I think I'm going to buy it when I get closer to needing tires as I'm going up to 285's. It's great because it doesn't stop at tires, it does anything that throws off speedo. I think it's about $99.99 or something. Wandell, nice to see ya here again, same topic. I guess we're going to have to find out our connector, how much etc. and buy these bad boys.
