Anyone else experience any Goodyear Fortera tire problems?

I had a set of them put on my 20's and they were just horrible. Each wheel took between 4-14 ounces to balance and when we took the tires off to just balance the wheels, they were perfect balance.

I had them take off the Goodyear's and replace them with Michelin's.
