Question biggest tires?

i know this has been asked before. i own a 04 f-150 xl 4x4. i want to put 18" rims on. what is largest size tire i can put on with out adding a lift. and can i put diffrent size tires on the rear? thanks for the help.

No, you can't run differnt size (height) front and rear tires on a 4x4 without tearing up your transfer case.
Also, I've seen several 4x4's with 2.5 inch leveling kits running 18x9 (with 5 and 5.5 inches of backspacing) wheels with 325/60-18 (33x13.00) tires and they looked great.

I'm running 325/60/18's on a stock FX4 with no leveling kit and have no rubbing
