Losing Brake Fluid !!

My brake light came on last week, so when I got home I noticed that I was real low on fluid. I topped off, light went off, and everything was fine. Left work last night to come home and the light came on again,.....well checked the level again this morning and again,.....it was low. GOTTA CHECK FOR A LEAK !

Well I found my leak,.....it's leaking directly above my fuel filter along the frame rail, and I can tell if it's leaking where the 2 lines screw together, or if one of the lines is cracked. How does this crap happen? Anyway's,...I guess I'll probably get rapped to replace the metal/aluminum brake lines. Has anyone here ever seen this kind of issue?

Ive seen lines go because of a bad bend. In older trucks I have seen the lines fail due to rust (salt on the roads in winter is great for that). Perhaps that connection wasn't done properly. How old is the truck?
