Hey guys I'm finally getting ready to order my chrome Helo Maxx 6, 17x8 with 4.25 backspacing(redesigned version) to fit on my 04 F150 4x4. (With a level of course) I've found a tire and it comes in a 285 70 17 and a 33-12.50-17. Which do you think would work and look better in my application? I know the 285's are a little narrower but a smidge taller, and the 33-12.50 is wider, and a smidge shorter. Both are similar and I was leaning towards the 33-12.50. Any opinions or advice on which to choose? BTW the tire is the Cooper STT.

Either will work fine. It's basically up to you.

 

Thanks wandell, I was hoping you would chime in. I'll let you know what I decide. Over the past year I've posted several wheel and tire questions and you've always gave me a response. Now that I'm finally getting them, I'd just like to say thanks for all the advice and help.
