Question on 20 inch wheel ????

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum just wanted to ask a question about chrome plating. I just bought a 2003 f150 with 20 inch wheels and on the drivers side front wheel the chrome is flaking at the valve stem. Is there anyway to have this wheel re-plated or will I have to buy another wheel ?

They'll fit, but it is pushing it. You may have to do a little trimming in front- like the plastic lip on the front bumper. They may also rub on the inside fender wells at full turns.

? Huh.

You can have wheels chromed, so that is possible. You might check the cost of a new wheel also.

Look for an old thread I posted in about rechroming. Do a search on the internet or phone book, and you will find companies that will do it. It won't be cheap. If I remember the cost of doing this on a 20" wheel will be about $200.
