Bigger tires, smaller wheels...
Bigger tires, smaller wheels...
I bought my truck six months ago and I'm thinking of putting bigger tires on them without lifting my truck. The wheels on it now is 18". I'm thinking of getting 15", prefferrable MT classic lock, and 32 inch tires. I want to give my truck that muscle look, but I don't want to lift it because the height is perfect as is when I bought it. Any1, please leave feedback, opinion, advice etc....
thank you

If the truck came stock with 18's a 15 probably wont clear the calipers. Find a shop that will test fit a fifteen of the right size and style before you purchase the rims. Also a 32 should be alright if the 15's will fit. Good Luck
No 15" wheels fit on F-150's since 1997. For 2004+, 17" minimum and even then, I've heard half of the aftermarket wheels do not clear the brake calipers. The stock 18" wheels and tires are already 32" diameter. Tire selection is low for 18" AT/MT, but you have some options if you don't want the stock tires.
