Wheel adapters

has anyone used those wheel adapters ?

The kind than will take like a wheel from a chevy to a ford ?

Just wondering how safe they are

I wouldn't use them.THey will make the wheels stick too far out, causing fitment problems and increase wear and tear on suspension components.
