Is there any way to recover minor rusting chrome rims? It's only minor rusting spots, so it hasn't hit hard yet. There must be a way without sandblasting and sending it to be rechromed.

 

There is some stuff usually you can get at the local auto parts store, it has a sort of grainy texture to it. It's just like rust or tarnish remover, you really have to scrub over the rust to get it off but it works then I would throw a coat of polish or something on there to protect it.
