Recently swithched tire and rim size went from 16x7 stock with 255 70 16 to 305 70 16 with a 16x8 rim with 4 inch offset, now during the process I found a bad ball joint and chaged idler arm had the truck alligned now I notice the shake from time to time any ideas?

 

Ok heres some more info to help if anybody can, feels like the front end is shaking back and fourth from 20-45 miles an hour, on the freeway 55-70 I dont feel it but It feels like it pulls to the left a little alignment checked ok What am I missing? maybe a bad shock ? Brakes seem ok so im ruling out a stuck caliper any Ideas?
