Question new guy w/a question

i'm picking up a 2001 screw 4x4 next week it needs tires so i'm going to get rims @ the same time i'm going w/a 16x10 eagle 058 and for tires nitto's terra grappler 285/75/16. for the backspacing i like the way your truck was @ stock height w/the 4.5" backspace, but my big question is the off set. the one's my local shop have -11mm but don't have that deep dish look, and when looking on ebay i've seen some with -24mm and even -42mm and they said "deep dish" so whats the deal w/offset? i know what it means but can't compare the differance between them when mounted. which would look best? any input from everyone would be great. thanks!!!!

4 1/2 inches of backspacing is the same as -24mm offset. Most 16x10 wheels for our trucks have 4 1/2 inches of backspacing, which is what you need.

Your going to love those Nittos! I was running around in the mud yesterday. Jumped on the highway when I was done. Spit mud everywhere and ran like a champ!

You can fit either on a 16x10 inch wheel. You just have to trim a little plastic off the front bumper's lower valance.

305's will look fine. I have some pics in my gallary with 285's before I lifted my truck. Just click on the little camera icon by my info and it will open my gallary.

I have 305's on my truck...no lift. It looks about the same as Wandells, so I thought you may want to see it also. Good luck.
