spongy brakes on 1997 ford f150 4x4

Hi I am having trouble with the brakes on my 1997 ford f150 4x4 Ihave replaced all pads and shoes right front caliper rr brake cyl. new master cyl. twice. and bled the brakes a dozen times. And still have soft pedal that is close to the floor. And the rear shoes are adjusted right. Any help would be great thanks.

I've heard that the Master Cylinder from a 1997-8 LD F-250 (NOT SUPERDUTY) will fix this problem...I'm going to try it in the spring.
