Tire help!

I have a 05 f150 and my stock tire size is 255/65/17 I would want to use the stock rims Whats the biggest tire i could fit on there with NO worries about rubbing and I would like to get some BFG Mud Terrains! TIA

You can fit 265 70 17 on your truck with noo rubbing, you can go bigger with a leveling kit. Also do u have a 4x2 or 4x4, because if you have a 4x4 i think u can squeez 33 maybe 35's with a leveling kit.

I have 4x2... I know 4x4 with levling kit you can get 33s on and you could do minor trimming and fit 35s..

I'd suggest 265/70-17's. If you install a leveling kit, go with 285/70-17's.

The BFG MT KM. I think the Toyo Open Country MT may be available in those sizes also.

How much work does your American Eagles require to keep them nice looking?

I try to polish them every couple months with Blue Majic metal polish. My Mother's Powerball makes this a lot easier.

Toyos are nice but a little pricey! hell maybe i should say screw it since it's a 2wd!

so lets say if i wanted to upgrade the tires on my 04 F150.. it has the stock 17" tires Generals.. BLAH.. lol.. without a leveling kit what would the biggest size tire be??? it is an XLT and has the tow and go package..
