What is the difference between alloy, chrome, & polished wheels. Which is better as far as less maintenance, rusting, etc...?

 

There is aluminum that is just machined, then there is the polished aluminum that has a high sheen. Neither will rust but corrode or lose the perfect look unless maiintained properly. then the chorm plated steel has the highest shine but will eventually rust if not maintained properly. The easiest to maintain would be chrome in my estimation.
