Tire questions

Ok i've been searching for what seems like hours and haven't found many answers. I wanna keep the 20x8.5 inch wheels i have now and upgrade to a more offroad style tire. I have a set of 275/55R20's on the wheels now but those are coming off. Would it be possible to get a 35" tire on these rims without rubbing? Ideas, thoughts, opinions..? And as it looks now i'll be putting on a leveling kit - probably a 2" leveling kit... its an 04 - 4x4 lariat sc

Thanks

I have a 2 in Autospring. My rims are 8.5 wide, with 25mm offset with 5 3/4 backspacing. No rubbing at all.
