Dont get me wrong I love my 2005 Supercew. But this truck has been a nightmare. At 26,000 miles the front brakes were shot. My 4wd different. was trying to engage while I was driving. And now the dearlership cant get rear calipers because ford cant keep up with the demand. The calipers are on National back order. While driving the brakes would lock up and make a god awful burning smell. truck was deemed unsafe and now Im stuck with a rental car paid for by Ford. I love my truck but is anyone else having these problems? Also I had to have a power window button replaced on the drivers side.

 

I just had my brakes looked at today- it seems that the calipers on the right side are binding, and I now need a new right front disc... or so they say. I'm going to try and take it to the dealer this weekend to see what they say. If its worn prematurely, I'm going to tell them that they need to replace it under warranty. Oh... and the pads are fine.
