These tires are 34"x12" I have the stock rims on my truck and know these would fit but have been told that because of the 8" rim the tire will be rounded and wear funny , question is what rim should I be looking for 16x10? By the way these will be going on a 97 F-150 X cab 4x4

 

Are you sure it's a 305/75-16? I've never seen that size. 305/70-16's (33x12.50) and 315/75-16's (35x12.50) are common sizes. Also, the OEM Ford wheels are 16x7. Most tire manufacturers recommend an 8 to 10 inch wide wheel for those sizes.

 

You are right 305/70/16 and 16x10 shouldn't be any trouble fitting my truck?? with a 4" lift
