Lug pattern

I have a 2004 SCrew 4X4 and just replaced my stock 275/65R18 with Roush Performance 285/55R20 BFG all terrain t/a. Mine is a six lug wheel. My question is this: my brother in law has an '02 SCrew 4X4 and wants my old stock wheels and tires, but the '02's have a 5 lug pattern. What would he have to do to be able to use my old stock rims and tires (going from 5 lug to 6 lug)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can buy adaptors, but they are not a great idea. They will push the tire/wheel outward which will cause increased wear and tear on suspension and steering components and cause fitment problems.
