I am looking to put on a 6" suspension lift and possibly a 3 inch body lift on top of that, hoping to run 36" 37" or 38" tires. I have the 4.2L V6 engine with manual transmission. What gears are recommended to run tires of this size? What's the difficulty? Cost?

Also...What tires/wheel sizes would I be safe running with the stock 4.2L gearing?
