TP is working on my tuner set up but they want to know the OEM tire make model and size. since i only bought the truck a few weeks ago i have no idea
can anyone help with this info? its a 2001 f150 super crew XLT
i got it with BFGoody's and just replaced them with the same size goodyear eagle gt 2's 275/60/17

the door jam says 255/70/16 but that cant be right, can it?

i dont think the wheels were changed from factory.

If the door states 255/70R16, that is what it was built with. It would not be difficult for someone to get a set of OE wheels in 17". I have an extra set of OE wheels for my 04. Came with 18", extra set is 17".

 

Yeah, the sticker will be what the stock computer program was calibrated for.

 

thanks guys, i thought the same thing, but the speedo is right on. anyway i called TP and told them what i said here. now starts the wait they said 10 to 20 days (like everyone else). its going to be close if i get it for christmas.
