Help with Tires QUICK!!!

I just bought an 05 F150 SCREW 4x4 yesterday.

Told them that I wanted 18" Helomax rims with Nitto 325/60/18 ATS.

They said that these tires might void my warranty. Also, will these tires rub?

I'm in a hurry here so help please.

Oh I forgot. I am adding a 2" leveling kit. Will they still rub and how bad? Will anything be damaged?

They said that my warranty would be affected because the tires would throw off the trucks computer. Whatever that means.

They will fit with a leveling kit. The voiding warranty is BS. Tell them if they are going to violate Federal Law (Maggnuson/Moss Warranty Act) you will buy from another dealer.

I bought the truck, and got the tires and wheels I wanted. Will have to wait and see how it looks. Crossing my fingers.

I hope that the tires don't rub.

Ok, change up on the tires. Because of the national backorder on Nittos I have selected BF Goodrich AT's 285/65/18's to go with the 18" Helos.

Any idea as to how they will look?

They will look fine. You'll also have more clearance.

Your computer has no clue what size the wheels and tires have been fitted until someone tells it! This is why the speedo reading is off with bigger or smaller wheels.

The truck should look like ThumperMX truck minus the bull bar with chrome tube stepbars added to the sides.

I am getting anxious to see it.
