Tire Size Question

My apologies if this question has been asked before....

I recently purchased a 1998 F-150 Supercab 4x4 5.4 L with stock rims. My current tires are 275/75/16 - how big can I go without any modifications?

Any advice would be appreciated...Thanks!

285/75-16 (33x11.50) or 295/75-16 (34x12.00) are your best bet if you are keeping the OEM 16x7 wheels.
