Largest tires with 20's

I have a 2001 Supercrew (not lowered) and I bought some 20x8.5" wheels. The tires on them currently are 255/50/R20. Since I am not planning on lowering my truck, I want more of a sidewall. Tirerack recommends a 275/45/R20, but that seems too small. What is the largest tire I can get without any rubbing? I was thinking 275/60/R20.

I'd go with a 285/50-20 or a 295/50-20. You may be able to fit a 305/50-20 also.

So instead of increasing the side wall ratio, you think that I should get a wider tire. What about a 285/55/20 or 285/60/20?

I can't recall seeing the sizes you listed.
