Talking I have a problem.

Everytime I drive my truck anywhere my truck shakes when I start braking. Sometimes when I'm just driving I can feel my truck shaking a little bit. I need to know what is causing this. Is it the rotors or brakes?

Sounds like your rotor(s) are warped... Changed brake pads lately? Did you replace or turn your rotors?

If the steering wheel feels fine when braking then check the rear drums and brakes for problems.

if your rotors are warped you should feel a pulsing in the break pedal. I wouldn't think the whole truck would shake unless they are really bad. I would be more likely to think wheel bearing or something in the break system is broke.

Could be the tires - that's what happened to me. I had a bad spot in one of my tires that was causing a "wobble" to the whole truck and in the steering wheel. You may want to check that.

I ended up having to buy new tires.

If it was his tires it would happen all the time though, not just during braking
