Do you have a link to a post? I'd take them off in a heartbeat if I thought they'd damage the vehicle.

Agreed. If mine squeaked, I'd be looking to replace too.

Just remember seeing someone stating that and reading it in a mag, since yours are vented I imagine it shouldn't be a problem.

Ive drove for about 200 miles this weekend. The brakes feel alot better. No squeaking and NO dust.

well I found out how good they worked, they laid me up against the seat belt when coming up to a red light lmfao

Just installed the Porterfield Kelvar's on all 4 wheels this weekend (3K miles on truck) I'll get some drive time on them and report back. The pads haven't settled in yet to the minor groves left by the stock front pads. But after 10 miles, no complaints!
