xterrain balance

anybody having problems balancing the procomp xterrains. i am running a 35x 13.50 r 18, already had them balanced twice and still shaking. i was wondering if any body else has this problem or if it's the way the tire place is balancing them. thanks for any info.

There could possibly be a defect in the tire. Is it all of the tires, did the shop that you went to tell you which tires were out and how many ounces they were out?

Have you had them road forced balanced on a Hunter 9700 machine?

tonight out at the shop i jacked up the front and set a can in the middle of the tread, then spun the tire by hand to see if it was out of round. sure enough the drv side front had a high spot in the tread. put it on the back and now the steering wheel shake is just about gone. thats just my luck, get a new set of tires and one of them is square.
thanks for the replies.

Other than the balancing problems how do you like them? Which pro-comp lift kit did you get and how was the install, how do like it?

besides the little shake problem i love the tires, they are fairly quiet to be that agressive. i have not played in the mud yet to see how they pull, but i think they will do ok. i got the procomp 6" non-coilover lift, it was not that bad to install, it took three nights to put on, and was well worth it. so far i like it. the truck rides and drives just as good as stock.
