I need help

I have 275/60/17 on the truck now I want to put 285/75/16 on it would there be any problem with the Width? I know the 285 part will be fine but I am concerned about the width.. Let me know what all you know thanks!

The 285 is the width and it's less than half an inch wider than the tire you are running right now....

I thought it went height width rim size? But would that fit?

Well I figured out something else the rims I have now are like 17x9 and the ones I am looking at are Rock Crawler 51s 16x8 and I was gonna get BFG AT's

Wandell you know me from FTW man bigbuckhunter lol yeah it's 4x2 but I decided just to get bigger tires on the stock rims..

Wheels Size

Will the 16 inch rims fot over your brakes? Sounds like they should but youo need to conform before you go to a smaller rim size.

You can fit 285's on there using the stock wheels but it is an extremely tight fit. I'd stick with 265's unless you are gonna lift it.
