Brake noise

I have an 02 four door 4x4 that I replaced the front pads with ceramics and got the rotors turned. Know I am hearing a noise which sounds like a grinding noise when I slow down. Is it the ceramic pads being broke in or is something wrong? I see no visible damage or problem. Oh and I put 22' wheels on also,
could the rims be causing this somehow? Thanks

Check the parking brake line at the left rear wheel (driver's side rear). If you put on tires bigger than stock size it could be an issue.

Granted, I have a lift, but when I went to 35" tires I noticed a grinding noise when I slowed at lights. It sounded like the rotors were getting gouged...pretty bad. After investigating, I discovered that the parking brake cable was rubbing on the left rear tire. The grinding noise came from the tire putting tension on the cable and vibrating it in its mounts all along the left side of the truck. I zip tied the cable away from the rear wheel and the problem is gone.
