What are my tire options??!!

I have looked and looked and can't find much. I have a 17" Fx4 wheel. All I want is a agressive all terrain or a mild mud terrain. BFG's are on back order and not many companies make a 17" tire in what I am looking for. Any more ideas. looking for a 275 or a 285. Toyos are agressive enough, nitto does not make that size, neither does yokohama, or general, I have heard bad thinfs about the goodyear wrangler(noise and wear being the main 2). So is that it?

I'd go with the Toyo's if you have to have a 285/70-17. Nitto makes the Terra Grappler in 295/70-17 which works out to be approximately a 34x12.00-17. The Pro Comp All Terrian, Mickey Thompson Baja Radial MTX and **** Cepek Radial FC II are all available in 33x12.50-17.

Hey Wandell. The 12.50's are just to wide for my wheel. I would have to buy new wheels to go with the tires. I know I could put them on their but the wear is bad and it voids the warranty. I don't think the toyo's look agressive enough, but maybe I should try looking at them in person. I think I am just out of options. I found the cooper ST which I like but nobody seems to have a price on them.

Go with 22's; I wish I had.. 20's are nice, but very common now-a-days...
22 still put you in rare company- and 24's are even more rare.

Epxy Old- (275/55/20: Goodyear Eagle LS)

Expy New- (285/50/20: Goodyear Eagle GT-II's)
