Brakes Squeaky As Hell! How to fix?

I changed out my rotors and put ceramic pads in the front last summer. A few months back they started squeaking like hell. There is no pulsation however. I tried sanding the rotor surface somewhat. This didn't help much. I also put the lube on the backside of the pads when I changed them.

1. Should I remove the rotors and have them machined if the brakes arent pulsating? Will freshly machined rotors help with the squeal.

2. Should I sand the surface of the brake pads?

3. If I remove the rotors, which usually requires the removal of the brake fluid reservoir cap, do I absolutely need to bleed the brake system?

What else should I do in order to get rid of the squeal? I will of course lube the backside of the pads.

Thanks

Please tell me what brand of pads they are, ceramic pads supposed to be quiet. But some are just plain noisie, Fri-Tec and Raybestos along with Wagner are one of the best for quietness. Sometimes it isn't even the pads itself. A lot of rotors are being made over seas and not the quality of a name brand.
