yeah i just bought some 17" wheels from my uncle, cuz he had to get rid of them, and i want to put some bigger tires on the wheels now. . . Im thinkin about going with 285s, cuz my uncle has about the same thing on his truck (he sold me the rims to his son's truck, who got brand new everything). I'm trying to find some 285s for a decent price. I want them to look "beefy" / offroad worthy, but they dont have to be. . . My truck is only 2wd, but i want bigger tires to change the look plus help for offroad traction (i hunt).

any help?

 

I have 295 Nitto's on mine and like alot. Any tire in the 285/R17 range is likely going to run you $200 each. If you want 285's I would go Bfgoodrich A/T's they make that size and ride and wear good.
