brake lights not functioning

Question brake lights not functioning

I replaced all bulbs and the fuses all appear in tack. My brake lights will not come on. Driving lights work,reverse lights work,license plate lights work. what could the problem be.Please help or Ill be forced to drive my wifes mini van.

Did you just look at the fuses, or did you check them with a test light or voltmeter? Sometimes fuses look good, but aren't. Check for voltage at the stoplight switch near the brake pedal. See if you see any change when you depress the pedal, it may be a stuck or malfunctioning switch. Check for voltage at the socket where the bulb goes also.
