Spare + New Tire on front or back?
Spare + New Tire on front or back?
I have the need to get a new tire. I am thinking i will use the spare (never used) plus a new tire and put the other front tire as the spare (front driver dead, next most used one is front passenger).
Now should I put the new one plus the spare on the front or move the 2 back ones to the front.

Do you have a Limited Slip differential?
If you do, it's important to keep the same size tires on the rear axle.
If you dont have limited slip, it doesn't matter what you do as long as the sizes are very close.
If I were you and I was not going to align that front end, I'd put the old rubber on the front and sacrifice that.
They shouldn't be ate up after 25k, even with no rotation.

I think I need to learn how to drive and respect my truck... I alreday had to replace brakes and transmission....
I'm not sure if I have limited slip.
Also, everything is the exact same tires... P275/60R17 BFG Radial Long Trail
