20" Nitto Terra Grapplers

Since I can't afford the tires I really want to replace my goodyear Eagle LS's with (Goodyear Wrangler F1's 305/50/20); I was considering the 20" Nitto Terra Grapplers.

I've seen a few Dodge dudes with them on their 4x4's lifted, and they look sweet.

What I'm wondering is, will the Nitto's fit under the wheel well of my 4x2 Supercrew (Stock ride height) without rubbing, etc...

Anyone done this yet? I don't know the dimensions, but they look like they're at least 295's or 305's.

I have 20" Centerline Lexi's on it now. I think they're 20 x 8's...

Actually you gotta do a larger lift. Bigger than you think.

I have those size Nittos on my 2wd 01 screw, although my rims are 10in wide. I have a 5in lift in front (Fabtech spindle and daystar spacer) and 4in in the back to level out (2in block and add-a-leaf).

I first put on just the spindles and block to clear the tires, and then did a lot of trimming to the front valence and to the rear of the tire (a little cutting required, but not the fender itself, just the inside lip that sticks out). Even after all this i still rubbed if i made a sharp turn and hit a bump, so I added the spacers. The spindles on my truck made my front tires stick out a little so this makes it worse, if you get a lift without a spindle, you may not have to go a full 5inches.

Ive got more pics in my gallery of the clearence i have before and after the additional spacer and add a leaf were installed.

after spacer

O yea and the tires Nitto's makes are 305/55/20 (a solid 33x12.50) Thats what i got.

They also make a size smaller, I think they are like 295/55/20 or something to that nature, but i do know they are 32in tires, and a little over 11in wide.

And if your gung-ho, they have the nittos in 35inches too! Those would be sweet.
