Question what will fit?

I have a 2001 F-150 Sport 4x4 with factory 17 in. wheels and 4 wheel disc brakes. Will a 16x8 wheel fit over my brake calipers and rotors or will I have to go with 17x8 wheels? I have no lift and would like to go with a 305/70/16, or a 295/75/16, or 285/75/16 Nitto Terra Grappler. Do you see any problems? I know I can crank the torsion bars to gain clearance, but only if I have to. thanks

Yes, you can go to a 16 inch wheel. All of the sizes you listed will fit.
