I was wondering if anybody knew if I could fit 35X12.50's on my truck with a 3" suspension lift. I currently have 305/70/16's right now with no lift, and there is no rubbing at all. I have a 97 Offroad XLT, does anyone have this set up on their truck or know if it will work? I really dont want to go bigger than 3" lift, and some people say it won't fit and some say it will.

Yes, you can fit 35's with a 3 inch body lift or a 4 inch suspension lift. No one makes a 3 inch suspension lift. If you mount them on a 10 inch wide wheel you will have to trim a little plastic off your front bumper's lower valance for clearance.
