I think that is is European Brake Company, but I am not certain about that. So for I don't like the Hawk Ceramics as much as the EBC's that I had. They don't seam to anchor the truck like the EBSs did. The Hawks also seem to produce more dust. But they are a little bit quiter.

I am looking for ceramic pads for less dust. How do these look?

I have never had them, but I notice that the friction material is black. In my experiance (5 sets of F-150 front pads) Black material shows the most dust. Currently I have the Hawks and to be honest I like the EBC 6000 series much better. The EBC's stopped just as good or better, plus they made less dust in a month than the OEM or Hawks do in a couple of days.

I don't know if they are considered a ceramic or not, but I like them way more than the 2 different sets of cermamics that I have had. I bought mine from the TireRack, but they no longer carry them. But, if you look here I bet you can find a set.

Ok, they have the 6000 series for 62 dollars.

NOw there is a new 7000 series for $127 that claims 90% dust free as opposed to 60% on the 6000 series.

Do you think the 7000 series is worth it since my main reason for changing them is dust? or the 6000 good enough?

Yup, I saw that last night searching around. Got em ordered for 99 bucks, no t shirt

Who needs a 27 dollar t shirt?

came out to 105.97 with the shipping.

Hopefully these will keep the brake dust off my new wheels coming in today.
