Question 2004 rims fit on 1999 F-150?????

Will 2004 Rims off of a Lightning fit on a 1999 f-150?????

Yes, but you will have to use lug nut for a 1999 truck because the stud size is different.

2004 (Lightening) rims fit on 1999 F-150?????

You may want to check with your dealer/ford rep if you need the equivalent to their "NOTE: F-150 requires M-1010-L Lightning wheel steering stops". These wheels appear to be the 18" dia. by 9.5" wide with 14mm studs.
As wandell said, your lug nuts/studs are most likely 12 mm while those rims are designed for 14mm studs.

Wandell, Can the hubs/studs be changed out? If so, what is involved?

I'm sure the studs can be changed out. I have not heard of anyone doing that. Most people just use the older style lug nuts.

04-05 has 6 bolt pattern. dont the older ones have 5 bolt? I figured this out when i tried to use my wheels from my 2000 on my o5.

'04 lightnings are still based on the '97-'04 heritage body style, so they are still 5x135mm bolt patterns.
