Bolt Pattern
I know it may seem like a wierd question but would any of the experts out there know if the Crown Vic's share the same bolt pattern as the F150 or is the F150 alot bigger?

No, they are two different bolt patterns.

150 standard use 6x135mm and I believe a CV uses a 5 lug pattern doesnt it?
