Leveling Kit for '98
I have added an add a leaf to the rear end for more ride height, but not to sure about how gain a little height up front without going to a lift kit. Do they make a leveling kit for the 1998 150 and if not any ideas on how I can gain some ride height.

4x2 or 4x4?
If 4x2, you can use coil spring spacers.
If 4x4, your best bet would probably be to crank the torsion bars (this will require an alignment afterwards). This will make the ride a little bit stiffer though, so you might have to look into other options if you want to keep the factory ride.
