Exclamation What will fit

I have a 2003 Supercrew FX4 and I am going to put on MT classic Lock and was wondering how big I could go with out rubbing?

anyone know if 35's on stock rims can be fit on a 1999 f-150 4x4, maybe with a little torsian crank? 285/75/16 on there now.

35's are too wide for stock rims. About the biggest you want on the stock rims is a 265 (32") or 285 (33")

jquinn:
you can fit 285's on there without any modifications, maybe some trimming of the valence or a few turns on the torsion bars if anything
305's will probably cause some rubbing (you can crank the torsion bars some and/or trim the valence)
315's would require a lift along with cranking the torsion bars or trimming the valence (or both).

jquinn, I would suggest running a 16x10 with a 305/70-16 (33x12.50). To fit these, you will have to crank up the torsion bars and trim a little plastic off the front bumper's lower valance.
