I am in desperate need of new tires but am having a hard time fiding tires in the size of 285/70/17. I know about the BFG's but is that my only option. Please post any good all terrain tire that you can think of that comes in 285/70/17. Thanks in advance.

there are others but those are going to be your next big competition to the BFGs.

 

The Toyo Open Country AT is also available in that size. It's almost identical to the Nitto.

 

Goodyear also has tires in that size 285/70/17. Goodyear Wrangler MTR. Aggressive tread also. The thing with BFG you pay for the name so they cost alot. But they are a very common and well appreciated tire.
