WILL 265-70-17 FIT ON A 17X10 RIM. UNTIL I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR BIGGER TIRES? WILL IT LOOK VERY REDICULOUS?

 

I've seen 265/75's mounted on 16x10's. THe sidewalls were stretched, but it didn't look ridiculous. It's not recommended because the sidewalls have little or no protection. If you do it, I would be careful of curbs and not do any off roading untill I got a wider tire. I know a ton of people in my area run 31x10.50's on 15x10's (including my brother-in-law) and they don't seem to have any problems.
