Getting some tires next week, but I need to know some information. I couldn't find the wheel size for my 2004 F150 SuperCrew, but I'm also pretty oblivious to some things. I was hoping somebody could tell me what width my rims are. I have the XLT with 17" rims.

I'd appreciate the help.

Are you looking for the size of the wheel, which is the rim, or your tires???

 

Size of rim. The tire guy (figured he would have already known, but oh well) needs to know my rim width to order the proper tire. All I know is the rim heighth which is 17".

 

well i do not have an 04, however i do have an 03 fx4 and the rims on mine are 17 by 7.5 wide. My stock tires were 265//70//17 so i would imagine that if you have that tire size as well then your 04 rim is probably a 7.5 wide rim.

 

Your wheels are 17x7.5 inches with a 6x135mm bolt pattern. I believe the backspacing is 5.5 inches.
