Backspacing on 10 inch wide wheel

On a 16x10 or 17x10 with 35 inch tires, is everybody running the standard 4.5 inch that most wheels seem to come in?

I see you can get them in 3 5/8 also, which would kick the tires out of the wheel-well more. Would that lessen, or create more clearance problems when turning? It would put more stress on the components as well, but I was just curious if anyone was running that set-up.

Weld is the only wheel I know of that you can get that backspacing (3 5/8) in. I wouldn't use it. I'd stay with 4 1/2 inches. The 3 5/8 inch backspacing will cause fitment problems and be harder on your steering and suspension components.

The wheels I am looking at are 10" wide with a 15mm offset. Would that be a problem on my 04 Screw once I am lifted (approx 8" of lift).

Pro comp offers the choice in backspacing also. I was really just curious if anyone was running it, it would put alot of strain on your components for sure.
