Infact in the "Letter to customer" they specify the Dueler A/T 693. these tires look nothing like the Revos our the standard Dueler A/T.
Specific Tire: Bridgstone Dueler A/T 693 LT285/75R16 made in Japan between the 27th week in 1998 (July 1, 1998) through the 30th week of 2002 (July 31, 2002)
The 693 is also an OEM product that I'v seen mostly on New GM trucks. plus the affected tires in the recall are more than 2 years old.
It is however, nice to see that they are on the ball with the safety recall. probably a ripple effect brought on by the Firestone Wilderness scandle a few years ago.
