Brake Problems

Hi every one this is my firs time here so i will try to keep it quick. I am having a problem with the brakes on my 1998 F150. When I movedto Calgary they stated to ack up, it felt like they were pulsing when applied and the whole truck vibrated when slowing down from high speeds. I changed the pads and the shoes and it is still there only getting worse. From what I have read people have said it could be a warped rotor but my drums are smoking hot and I don't think I should loosen the braves off any more.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks BMLO

They will get too hot to touch for a while.
